3 asteroids coming together towards earth tomorrow NASA JPL report

Tomorrow i.e. on Saturday, three asteroids are going to pass close to our Earth. When one of these asteroids comes close to the Earth, the distance between the two will be only 7 lakh 61 thousand kilometers. American space agency NASA has given information about these asteroids. All three asteroids are ‘potentially dangerous’ for the Earth. Scientists are monitoring them and will keep an eye on them until all the asteroids move far away from the Earth.

NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory AccordingThe first name among the asteroids coming close to the Earth tomorrow is – ‘Asteroid (2023 GZ)’. It belongs to the Apollo Group of Asteroids and was discovered this year. When it comes close to the Earth, the distance between the two will be 7 lakh 61 thousand kilometers. This is the reason why NASA has placed it in the category of potentially dangerous.

Asteroids worry scientists because their direction can change at any time. If an asteroid hits the Earth, it can cause major devastation. Scientists have been believing that dinosaurs were wiped out from the earth millions of years ago due to the destruction caused by an asteroid collision.

However, the second asteroid that is coming close to our planet is of the size of a bus. The name is- Asteroid (2023 FN13). This has also been discovered this year. When it comes close to the Earth, it will be about 1 million kilometers away from our planet. This is also included in the category of potentially dangerous for the Earth.

There is another asteroid, name is-(2023 GC1). This asteroid of about 51 feet is the size of a house. It is going to pass close to us at a distance of 59 lakh kilometers. It is moving towards the Earth at a speed of 23 thousand 615 kilometers. All three asteroids have been discovered this year.

According to the US Space Agency, asteroids are also called minor planets. Just as all the planets in our solar system revolve around the Sun, similarly asteroids also revolve around the Sun. Asteroids are rocky remnants left over from the early formation of our solar system about 4.6 billion years ago. Scientists have so far detected 11 lakh 13 thousand 527 asteroids.
