This rocky piece is going to pass near the Earth at a distance of 467,000 kilometers. It is as big as an aeroplane. It is the smallest of the three asteroids listed.

Apart from this, another asteroid is going to pass near the Earth on the same day. Its name is 2023 JR2. Its size is 120 feet and it is in the shape of an airplane. This rocky piece is going to pass near the Earth while revolving around the Sun. When it reaches closest to the Earth, it will be only 6,510,000 kilometers away. Its speed is thousands of kilometers per hour. According to NASA, this rock is going to pass near the Earth at a speed of 27287 kilometers per hour i.e. about 27 thousand kilometers per hour. It is the largest among the listed asteroids.

The danger has not ended here. A third asteroid will also be moving towards Earth on June 4. Its name is 2023 JE5. This is a 110 feet long piece of rock. When it will be closest to the Earth, the distance between the two will be only 6,750,000 kilometers. All three asteroids are moving towards the Earth at a speed thousands of times faster than a storm. NASA has issued an alert about the asteroid coming close to the Earth, but there is no possibility that it will collide with the Earth. NASA says that asteroids of 150 feet or larger can pose a major threat to the Earth. An asteroid can prove dangerous for the Earth if it comes closer than 75 lakh kilometers.
