EHang’s EH216-S has completed more than 42 thousand successful test flights in more than 14 countries. In particular, it has become the first vehicle in the world to receive Type Certificate and Standard Airworthiness Certificate for pilotless eVTOL from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), which shows its safety and strength. The listing of the EH216-S on Taobao symbolizes EHang’s decision to enter the growing market for urban air mobility solutions.

This achievement drove demand growth and revenue growth, with fourth quarter earnings up 260.9% compared to the same period in 2022. The EH216-S has a top speed of 130 kilometers per hour, a cruising speed of 100 kilometers per hour and a maximum altitude of 3,000 metres. With a range of 30 km and a flight time of 25 minutes, along with a recharge time of 120 minutes, the EH216-S promises superior efficiency and comfort for the urban passenger.
The EHang EH216-S will be used for everything from air taxi services and air tourism to airport shuttles and cross-island transport. The company has partnered with several municipal governments to grow the low-lying economy ecosystem.
