During Lakme Fashion Week in India, LG Electronics in collaboration with renowned fashion designers Gauri and Nainika launched its latest innovation, MoodUP refrigerator. Coming with advanced technology, this fridge has a French door panel equipped with LED lights, which are capable of generating more than 170,000 colors. The same lighting system seems to be behind its name, which users can optimize according to their mood. This fridge was first showcased by LG to the world in 2022.

LG Electronics has launched its advanced MoodUP refrigerator in India. Its price in the country has been kept at Rs 449,999, which places it in the category of very premium refrigerators. At this price, this fridge competes with Samsung’s premium range of refrigerators, which come equipped with many advanced technologies and large LED displays.

Talking about the features, MoodUP has the ability to sync music with the LED panel, giving a personalized experience. Furthermore, it also has an integrated Bluetooth speaker, which enables users to play and listen to music from their smartphone or other connected devices.

MoodUP refrigerators come with various smart features like door open alert, night-time mood light and welcome light. It comes with Door Cooling+ for even cooling distribution. To reduce the bad bacteria growing inside the fridge, a technology called Hygiene Fresh+ has been used in it, which helps in keeping the food fresh for a long time. The fridge also has LG ThinQ integration, which allows for remote control and monitoring.
