However, the company has not yet given any information regarding its launch in other countries but the trade show MWC 2016 In 2017 the company unveiled Redmi Note 3. The phone will be launched in India on Thursday. But before that, we got a chance to spend some time with this smartphone at the trade show, the first glimpse of the phone is seen in the video.

The company had announced the launch of two variants of Redmi Note 3 (2 GB RAM, 16 GB inbuilt) storage and (3 GB RAM, 32 GB storage).

Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 will have 64-bit octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 processor (Cortex-A53) with 2 GB/ 3 GB RAM. Talking about camera setup, Redmi Note 3 has a 13-megapixel camera equipped with phase detection auto focus feature. Two tone flash is present with it. It also has a 5 megapixel front camera.

The company has informed that the thinnest part of the phone is 8.65 mm and weighs 164 grams. The handset will run on MIUI 7 which is based on Android operating system. The company also said that Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 will come with a completely metal industrial design. This is the first Mi handset with full metal body and equipped with fingerprint sensor. Fingerprint sensor is present on its rear part. It has been claimed that it will unlock the device in just 0.3 seconds. Another important feature of the smartphone is the 4000 mAh battery which supports fast charging. The battery of the handset will be charged 50 percent in just 1 hour.

The smartphone will be available in Gold, Silver and Dark Gray color variants.
