First glimpse of Lenovo’s budget smartphones Vibe K5 and Vibe K5 Plus
Apart from the display resolution and processor, other specifications of both these Lenovo budget smartphones are the same. Both these smartphones have dual SIM support and 4G LTE connectivity.
Due to these handsets having Atom speakers for stereo sound, the user will be able to get a great audio experience. Vibe K5 and K5 Plus will be available in silver, gray and gold colors.
The price of Lenovo Vibe K5 is around Rs 8,800 ($129) and the price of Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus is around Rs 10,200 ($149). Both the new smartphones of Lenovo will be available in silver, gray and gold colors.
The Lenovo Vibe K5 sports a 5-inch full-HD (720×1280 pixels) LCD display. The phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 octa-core processor. There is two GB RAM. Its inbuilt storage is 16 GB which can be expanded via microSD card up to 128 GB.
Lenovo Vibe K5 has a 13-megapixel rear camera while there is also a 5-megapixel front camera for selfie lovers.
Whereas the hardware modules in Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus are slightly more powerful. This smartphone has a five-inch IPS LCD full HD display (1080×1920 pixels). The phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 quad-core processor and two GB RAM. This phone also has 13 megapixel rear and 5 megapixel front camera.
Both smartphones have support for 4G LTE band. Other connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, Micro-USB 2.0, and FM radio.
Both these smartphones have 2750 mAh battery. Both smartphones run on Android 5.1 Lollipop.
