2. Wherever ‘xxxxxxxxxx’ is given, you have to enter the number to which you want to send the message along with the country code. For example, if you want to send a message to +919911111111, then you have to enter it in the address bar. The 91 given earlier is the country code of India.

3. After entering the link, press enter.

4. Now you will see the WhatsApp web page of that number with a green message button. You have to click on the green message button and then you will be redirected to WhatsApp.

If you are an iPhone user, then there is another easy way for you. This way is Siri Shortcuts. This is an app made by Apple itself, it works on devices with iOS 12 and newer versions. In this way, you can send WhatsApp messages to anyone without saving the number through Siri Shortcuts.
