Get rid of unwanted calls on your Jio number through My Jio app

Reliance Jio provides cheap recharge packs and free-calling facilities to its users. Not only this, many useful features have also been provided in Reliance Jio’s My Jio app for the convenience of the users. One of these features is Do Not Disturb (DND). It must have happened to you at some point in time when you too were troubled by unwanted calls. Many times the situation is such that while doing important work, the phone starts ringing and after picking up the phone, it is realized that it is a marketing call.

DND service was started to save telecom users from this problem. If you are a Reliance Jio user and you are also troubled by unwanted calls, then let us tell you that the company has added the Do Not Disturb option in the My Jio app. In the app, you can block such marketing calls as per your need. So now let us tell you some important steps with the help of which you will be able to activate DND service on your Jio number.

How to activate DND from My Jio app

1) First of all, if you do not have My Jio app in your phone, then download it.
2) After this log in to the app.
3) Click on the three dots visible on the top left side of the app.
4) Here at the bottom you will see Settings written, click on it.

5) After clicking on Settings, you have to click on Service Settings.
6) After clicking on service settings, you will get Do Not Disturb feature. Click on it.
7) Apart from Full DND, here you will also get many other options. You can select the option as per your need.
8) After selecting the option, click on the Submit button given below.

After completing the process mentioned above, you will receive a message from the company, it will be written that Do Not Disturb service will be activated on your number within 7 days.
