OnePlus 5 will be sold in Midnight Black and Slate Gray colors.

The company has given the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor in OnePlus 5. The company has said that this octa-core processor will give a maximum clock speed of 2.45 GHz. Also Adreno 540 GPU is integrated for graphics. Two variants of OnePlus 5 have been launched which are based on storage and RAM – 6 GB RAM and 64 GB storage and 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage.
OnePlus 5 is the company’s slimmest flagship smartphone till date. Its thickness is 7.25 mm. The phone is curved at the edges and has an aluminum chassis.
OnePlus 5 has dual rear camera setup. The OnePlus 5 is claimed to have the highest resolution dual camera system of any smartphone to date. One sensor is 16 megapixels which is equipped with Sony IMX398 sensor, F/1.7 aperture. There is also a 20-megapixel telephoto camera on the rear which is equipped with Sony IMX350 sensor and F/2.6 aperture.
Talking about connectivity, in OnePlus 5 you will get USB Type-C port and 3.5 mm headphone socket. These are present at the bottom, along with the speaker grill.
The fingerprint sensor in the handset is integrated into the home button. Ceramic fingerprint sensor has been used in OnePlus 5. Information has been given that it will unlock the phone in just 0.2 seconds.
Dash charging feature is also available in OnePlus 5. It has been claimed that the user will get battery for the whole day in just half an hour of charge. There is a 3300 mAh battery. Even though this is smaller than the OnePlus 3T’s 3400 mAh, the company claims better battery life.
The alert slider has returned in the new OnePlus 5. With its help you will be able to swipe between ringing mode, do not disturb and silent. You will be able to customize these profiles as per your needs.
The price of OnePlus 5 starts at $479 (about Rs 31,000) in the US market and at Euro 499 (about Rs 35,900) in select European markets. At present, its pre-order booking is going on. The sale for general customers will start from June 27.
