InFocus Kangaroo is the ‘world’s smallest’ portable computer

The company claims that at 124 mm long, 80.5 mm wide and 12.9 mm thick, this Kangaroo device is the world’s smallest portable desktop computer. The company is also saying that the size of this device is equal to a smartphone. It comes with a removable base unit that has an HDMI port, USB 2.0 port, USB 3.0 port, and DC power port. The device weighs 200 grams without the adapter and power cord. It is equipped with Windows Hello fingerprint sensor.
It is powered by a 1.4 GHz quad-core Intel ‘CherryTrail’ Atom X5-Z8500 processor. Other features include 2 GB RAM and 32 GB storage. It also has support for microSD card (up to 128 GB).
The device also has a battery. According to the company, it can work for about 4 hours in normal use. This portable PC can also be charged with the help of Micro-USB port. Talking about software, the Kangaroo device runs on Windows 10. This mini-PC has Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.0 wireless connectivity features.
The price of Kangaroo is $99 (about Rs 6,500) and its sale has started in America from today.
