Lenovo K6 Power, Coolpad Mega 3 and other big smartphones launched this week

Lenovo India has launched its latest smartphone K6 Power in India. The price of Lenovo K6 Power is Rs 9,999. It will be available exclusively on e-commerce site Flipkart. The sale of the handset will start from 12 noon on 6th December.
Lenovo K6 Power has a 5 inch full HD (1920×1090 pixels) IPS display. This Lenovo phone has a 1.4 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 430 processor with 3 GB RAM. Adreno 505 GPU is integrated for graphics. Storage is 32 GB which can be expanded via microSD card up to 128 GB. This phone has a 13-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX258 sensor with LED flash. An 8 megapixel camera has been provided for selfie and video chatting. The company has given 4000 mAh battery in this phone. It is claimed to provide talk time of up to 48 hours and standby time of up to 649 hours.
Coolpad Mega 3 and Note 3S
Chinese smartphone manufacturer Coolpad has launched its two new smartphones Mega 3 and Note 3S in India. Coolpad Mega 3 is a three SIM card supporting phone and its price is Rs 6,999. Whereas, Coolpad Note 3S smartphone will be available for Rs 9,999. Both smartphones will be available exclusively on e-commerce site Amazon India.
First of all let’s talk about Coolpad Mega 3. This 4G phone supporting three SIM cards has a 5.5 inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS display. The Mega 3 phone uses a 1.25 GHz quad-core MT6737 chipset. 2 GB RAM is available for multitasking. Inbuilt storage is 16 GB which can be expanded up to 64 GB via microSD card if needed. The smartphone will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Now let’s talk about Coolpad Note 3S. This phone with 5.5 inch IPS HD display looks more powerful than Mega 3 in terms of specification. In this, the company has provided 3 GB RAM with 1.36 GHz octa-core MSM8929 chipset. The inbuilt storage is 32 GB and users will also be able to use microSD up to 32 GB. This dual SIM phone will run on Cool UI 8.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Coolpad Note 3S has a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera and for selfie lovers, a 5-megapixel sensor has been provided.

After launching the Lava A97 smartphone, domestic electronics company Lava has introduced another budget handset. Lava X50+ is an upgraded variant of Lava X50 launched by the smartphone company in the month of July. Its price is Rs 9,199. Lava X50+ has been listed on the company’s website. No information has been given by the company about making it officially available.
Talking about the specifications, Lava X50+ has a 5.5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS on-screen display. It uses a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor with 2 GB RAM. Inbuilt storage is 32 GB which can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card if needed. Lava X50+ has an 8-megapixel rear camera which is equipped with LED flash, autofocus and 1080 pixel video support. There is a 5 megapixel sensor on the front panel. An LED flash is also provided with it. Battery capacity is 2800 mAh. Users will be able to use two SIM cards in this phone running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
OnePlus 3T (Launched in India)
OnePlus launched its new smartphone OnePlus 3T in India on Friday. The company organized a launch event in New Delhi on Friday. The price of 64 GB variant of OnePlus 3T is Rs 29,999 while the price of 128 GB variant is Rs 34,999. This phone will be available exclusively on e-commerce site Amazon India from December 14.
Talking about the difference between OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T, the new smartphone has a faster Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor whereas the original has a Snapdragon 820 processor. The new phone comes in 64 GB and 128 GB storage variants whereas OnePlus 3 is available only in 64 GB storage variant. The company has given a 16-megapixel front camera in OnePlus 3T, doubling the resolution. Whereas OnePlus 3 has 8 megapixel front camera. The phone has a large 3400 mAh battery while the OnePlus 3 has a 3000 mAh battery. This phone supports Dash Charge (5V 4A) fast charging technology. Rest of the specifications of both these smartphones are same. OnePlus 3T also has an aluminum metal unibody design. The home button has a fingerprint sensor and an alert slider in addition to the capacitive hardware buttons. This phone comes with USB 2.0 Type-C port and 3.5 mm headphone jack. This phone has a 5.5 inch Full HD (1080×1920 pixels) Optic AMOLED display which comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. This phone has 6 GB LPDDR4 RAM.
Meizu M3X and Meizu Pro 6 Plus
Meizu M3X and Meizu Pro 6 Plus smartphones have been launched in China. The price of Meizu M3X starts at CNY 1,699 (approximately Rs 16,900) and the price of Meizu Pro 6 Plus starts at CNY 2,999 (approximately Rs 29,900). The sale of these two smartphones will start from December 8 and December 23 respectively.
Meizu M3X and Meizu Pro 6 Plus have been introduced in two variants based on RAM and storage. The price of Meizu M3X with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB storage is 1,699 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 16,900). At the same time, the variant with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage will be available for 1,999 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 19,900).
The variant of Meizu Pro 6 Plus with 2 GHz Exynos 8890 chipset and 64 GB storage is priced at 2,999 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 29,900). The version with 2.3 GHz Exynos 8890 chipset and 128 GB storage will be available for 3,299 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 32,800).
The Meizu M3X smartphone sports a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) LCD display. It has a 2.3 GHz 64-bit MediaTek P20 octa-core processor with ARM Mali T880 GPU for graphics. The new M3X phone will run on Flyme OS based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It comes with dual SIM slots. Meizu M3X sports a 12-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, and 4K video recording support. For selfie, a 5 megapixel sensor with F/2.0 aperture has been provided. The fingerprint sensor also works as a home button. The smartphone has a 3200 mAh battery and supports fast charging.
Whereas Meizu Pro 6 Plus has a 5.7 inch QuadHD (1440×2560 pixels) AMOLED display which comes with pressure sensitive display. Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection has been provided on it. The handset has Exynos 8890 chipset with 4 GB RAM and Mali T880 MP10 GPU. The Pro 6 Plus also runs on Flyme OS 6 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The camera setup of Meizu Pro 6 Plus is the same as Meizu M3X. Its rear camera is equipped with dual-tone 10 LED ring flash, laser autofocus and 4 axis optical image stabilization. Apart from fingerprint sensor, heart rate sensor and infrared sensor are also provided in the handset. Its battery is 3400 mAh.

LeEco and Coolpad have launched the second smartphone of their partnership. It has been named Cool Changer 1C. This smartphone is available for registration on Coolpad’s official site along with Lemall.com and JD.com. Its price is 899 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 9,000) and it will be available for sale in the Chinese market from December 6.
The Cool Changer 1C sports a 5.5-inch full-HD IPS (1080×1920 pixels) display. It has an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor in which four cores will give a clock speed of 1.2 GHz and the remaining four cores will give a clock speed of 1.8 GHz. The handset has 32 GB storage with 3 GB RAM. This dual SIM smartphone will run on EUI 5.8 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Cool Charger 1C from LeEco and Coolpad sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, F/2.0 aperture, PDAF, and 4K video recording support. Changer 1C also has an 8-megapixel front camera with F/2.2 aperture.

Intex has launched Aqua Classic 2, a new entry-level smartphone in the Aqua series. The price of Intex Aqua Classic 2 is Rs 4,600. This phone is available for purchase at all retail stores. Intex Aqua Classic 2 features a 5-inch (480×854 pixels) FWVGA display. The density of the screen is 196 ppi. This smartphone has a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and Mali-400 MPTU for graphics. RAM is 1 GB. Inbuilt storage is 8 GB which can be expanded up to 32 GB via memory card.
Talking about the camera, Intex Aqua Classic 2 has an 8 megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash. There is a 5 megapixel camera for selfie lovers. This phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. This is a dual SIM smartphone. Aqua Classic 2 has a 2200 mAh battery.
