The European Space Agency (ESA) has given two possible arguments for the formation of these objects. The first argument is that these objects developed in areas in the nebula where the material present was insufficient for the formation of a star.

The second possibility is that when these objects were formed, they were around the stars, but the gravity of the stars moved them away from themselves. At present scientists do not have any clear answer regarding these objects. Even he himself is not able to understand why these objects are floating in space. Why don’t they revolve around a star?
