AC Helmet Developed by IIM Vadodara Students Used by Traffic Police to Beat Summer Here All Details

PTI has shared a video on X, in which a traffic policeman is shown standing on the road. The policeman has a board in his hand, in which it is written about following the traffic rules, but the most amazing thing here is his helmet. The helmet appears to be a modified version of the common police helmet, with a machine fitted on the front.
There is a vent in the machine to draw air outside, which may be used to draw hot air from outside, which the machine may convert into cold air and send it inside the helmet. The machine is connected with a battery, which can be seen in the video, which is placed on the policeman’s waist through a belt.
VIDEO | To help beat the scorching heat, Vadodara Traffic Police has provided AC helmets to its personnel. The AC helmet was developed by students of IIM Vadodara. Here’s what police said about the new helmet.

It is told in the video that this helmet has been prepared by the students of IIM Vadodara and the police department has given this helmet to 450 policemen for use.
Let us tell you that like every year, this year too the heat can show its severe form. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted severe heat in most areas of the country from April to June. During this period, chances of heat wave lasting between 10 to 20 days are high. In such a situation, this helmet of IIM can definitely prove to be very useful for the policemen of Vadodara.
