Acer Launches Chromebook Plus 15, Chromebook Plus 14 With Google Gemini AI Features in India

Big hardware companies have launched Chromebook Plus 15 and Chromebook Plus 14 in India on Wednesday. These laptops are for standard users as well as enterprise customers. These have full HD LCD display. These laptops come with Intel and AMD Ryzen processors with 16 GB RAM and up to 512 GB storage.

The company said that Google’s applications and features related to Gemini AI have been provided in Chromebook Plus 15 and Chromebook Plus 14. The price of the base variant of 8 GB + 256 GB of Chromebook Plus 15 is Rs 44,990. The price of Chromebook Plus 14 starts from Rs 35,990. For enterprise customers laptops Can be customized with processor, memory, storage and display configurations. Acer said that these laptops can be purchased from the company’s retail stores, its online store, e-commerce sites Amazon and Flipkart. These will also be available at Croma, Vijay Sales and some other retail stores.

Both the Chromebook Plus 15 and Chromebook Plus 14 run Chrome OS. These have 14 inch and 15.6 inch full HD (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) IPS LCD screens. Along with Gemini AI features, other AI features like Google’s Photos Magic Eraser, Wallpaper Generation are also provided. Chromebook Plus 14 has AMD Ryzen 7,000 series APU and Chromebook Plus 15 has Intel Core i7 CPU. Its 14-inch variant has up to 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X memory.

These laptops have up to 512 GB NVMe SSD storage. These have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth options for connectivity. The Chromebook Plus 15 and Chromebook Plus 14 have two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C ports, a MicroSD card reader, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. These laptops have a 3 cell 53 Whr battery which can be charged at 65 W. The size of Chromebook Plus 15 is 360.6 x 238.4 x 19.95 mm and its weight is approximately 1.68 kg. The size of Chromebook Plus 14 is 326.87 x 224.93 x 20.5 mm and weight is 1.43 kg.
