All information related to coronavirus will be available on WhatsApp, government launches helpdesk service

MyGov Corona Helpdesk has been launched on WhatsApp for information related to coronavirus. At present, not only India but the entire world is struggling with the outbreak of Coronavirus. Thousands of people across the world have died due to this disease which started from Wuhan province of China and millions of people are suffering from its infection. Initially, China had the highest number of cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and now in the last few days, suddenly Italy has reported the highest number of cases and the number of deaths has also become the highest. India is also not safe from this virus. Many cases of coronavirus are being reported every day in the country. Now the government and WhatsApp have jointly launched a new facility, which will provide all the information related to Covid-19 to the people.

To reduce the growing panic among the public regarding Coronavirus (Covid-19), the Central Government of India on Friday launched an official chatbot, which will provide all the information related to this disease to the users through the instant messaging app WhatsApp.

Here is MyGov Corona Helpdesk for India.

Just type Namsate or Hi and WhatsApp it on +919013151515. Then choose ABCDEF from the menu according to the topic on which you want information.

The name of this WhatsApp chatbot launched by the government is ‘MyGov Corona Helpdesk’ and it is available to all WhatsApp users in India. With this, users can get all the information related to coronavirus through their WhatsApp app. With the spread of the virus, misinformation is also spreading like wildfire across the world. Every day users get to see wrong news through WhatsApp or other social media platforms. Due to this the confusion among the people is increasing further. In such a situation, this step of the government will definitely help the people.

To get information through this facility, users will have to save the phone number 9013151515 on their WhatsApp and send a message to this number of MyGov Corona Helpdesk through WhatsApp. By doing this the user will get correct information and news related to coronavirus.

Let us tell you that Microsoft has also launched a Coronavirus Live Tracker feature on its search engine Bing, through which users can get information about Coronavirus cases around the world. In this, coronavirus cases and information related to them are being given according to each country. Although this cannot be said to be completely accurate, but it can give users a lot of information about this terrible outbreak.

According to the live tracker, till the time of writing this news, there have been about 11,397 deaths due to coronavirus worldwide. Among these, Italy is at the forefront, where about 4,032 deaths have occurred due to this virus. China is in second place, where there have been 3,255 deaths due to coronavirus. So far, 258 cases of this virus have been reported in India, out of which 5 people have died, 23 people have recovered and currently 230 people are still suffering from it.
