Amazon Delivers Snake with Microsoft Xbox controller Box at Bengaluru

The trend of online shopping has increased a lot in the last few years. Although people get comfort in this, but sometimes customers also have to face difficulties. Recently, a similar case has come to light, where a snake (cobra) came along with the goods in an Amazon package. Yes! Tanvi, a resident of Bengaluru, had ordered a Microbox Xbox controller from e-commerce site Amazon on June 16, which was delivered on June 18. When the woman tried to open the box, she was surprised to see a snake in it.

According to media reports, the woman and her husband claim that Amazon customer support kept them on hold for more than two hours, forcing them to handle the matter alone in the middle of the night. However, the couple has reportedly got the money back for the order.

Amazon Help responded to Tanvi’s post on X, saying, “We’re sorry about the issue you had with your Amazon order. We’d like to investigate. Please provide the necessary information here and our team will get back to you soon with an update.” Will contact.”

Tanvi’s post went viral on Instagram, where many users expressed their concerns by commenting. One user commented, “First of all Zomato delivered a severed finger. Then, Air India served a blade with food on its flights..Now!, Amazon delivered a snake.”

Last month, in a similar incident, an Amazon customer got a used laptop. Rohan Das ordered a brand new Lenovo laptop with MRP price of Rs 1,39,890 from Amazon, but he got a used laptop with warranty till December 2023. He wrote in an ex-post that “Amazon scammed me! @amazonIN is selling old products as new. Today I received a ‘new’ laptop from Amazon, but it was already used and the warranty started in December 2023.
