American President Donald Trump to Buy Tesla Car on Wednsday to Support Elon Musk

Tesla’s share price has declined by 47 percent since Trump took over as President on 20 January. Trump said in a post on his social media platform Truth Social, “I want to tell all the people of Republic, Conservatives and America that Musk is doing excellent work to help our country but the hardcore leftist is trying to boycott Tesla by combining the staunch leftist illegally. I am buying a new Tesla as a performance and support for Musk.” However, Trump did not say which model of Tesla would buy.
The people of America, who opposed Musk and Trump, are doing negative posts against Tesla on social media. In India too, Tesla is preparing to start a business. The company’s first showroom in the country may open at Brandra Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai. The company has taken a space of about 4,000 square feet in BKC’s Maker Maxity Building. For this, a securities deposit of about 2.11 crore rupees has been given. The fare for this space will be Rs 35.26 lakh per month.
Last month, Musk had a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit to America. Initially the company may import EV from its factory in Berlin, Germany. In the next few years, the company can set up its factory in the country. The central government is working on a new policy to promote the manufacturing of EV in the country. In March last year, the government reduced custom duty to 15 percent on the import of EV with special conditions. In the new EV policy, the turnover for car makers can be a condition to increase the turnover of Rs 2,500 crore within the second year of starting business.
