Apple May Launch Two Foldables in 2026 an iPad MacBook Hybrid and iPhone

Analyst ‘Jeff Pu’ associated with Haitong International Securities Group (9to5Mac Via ) According to investor notes, Apple plans to enter the foldable device market with the launch of two devices in 2026. The first device is speculated to be a hybrid of two popular Apple devices – the iPad and the MacBook. It is said that when unfolded, it will have an 18.8-inch display.
The second device is said to be a foldable iPhone. This claim of the investor note also confirms previous reports, which suggested that the company is developing a foldable iPhone which could debut with the iPhone 18 series in 2026. It may have a clamshell design like Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6.
Pew Research’s note also suggests that the iPad-MacBook hybrid will be the first foldable to be launched by Apple in the second quarter of 2026. Earlier it was told that its production would start on a large scale next year, but analysts claim that this may not happen now.
It is being told that the iPad-MacBook hybrid 2026 will be launched after the foldable iPhone model. Earlier it was being speculated that it would be launched along with the iPhone 18 series in the second half of this year. The foldable iPhone is reported to have a 7.9 inch or 8.3 inch display. Samsung can be made the primary supplier for displays.
