Bear Like Shape on Mars Surface NASA Image Shows Craters Looking Like Teddy Face Details

Many big space agencies are doing research on Mars and often they get to see something amazing here. In a latest discovery, scientists have seen an interesting shape in a rocky part of Mars. From space it looks like the face of a smiling bear. This stunning photo was taken by the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter while it was hovering about 251 kilometers above Mars.

This was issued by the University of Arizona on January 25. picture A camera on NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter shows what appears to be a giant bear face with two round eyes and a mouth. As we mentioned, this photo was taken by the orbiter while it was hovering about 251 kilometers above Mars.

In fact, it is a rock formation, with the bear’s eyes actually being two large craters on the planet, and the circular pattern of the head may be due to a “sunken crater”.

The University of Arizona’s High-Resolution Imaging Science Experiment (HiRISE) camera blog writes, (translated) “This feature looks somewhat like the face of a bear. What exactly is it? V-shaped structure (nose), two craters (eyes), and a hill with a circular fracture pattern (head). The circular fracture pattern may have been caused by the accumulation of deposits on a buried impact crater. The nose may have been a volcano or a mud vent. “Could the deposits be lava or mudflow?”

NDTV’s Accordingthe popular “Star Trek” Starfleet logo was found on the surface of Mars by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter in June 2019. A set of strange chevron symbols on a Martian sand dune in the southeast Hellas Planitia region was also captured by the orbiter. The team claims that many shapes have been formed on Mars by wind, lava and dunes.
