While the price of XZ+ trim is ex-showroom Rs 12.99 lakh. The Tigor EV comes with a 26kWh liquid-cooled battery, which produces 55kW of power and 170Nm of torque. Apart from this, this battery comes with IP67 rating, which keeps the battery waterproof. It features Tata’s high voltage architecture – ZipTron – which helps the EV support fast charging. With the help of fast charger, the battery can be charged from 0 to 80 percent in 60 minutes. This EV has ARAI certified 306km full charge range.
A 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system is provided inside the Tigor EV, which comes with iRA connected car technology along with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. This battery pack of Kona Electric takes about 6 hours to be fully charged. However, with a 50 kW DC fast charger, this car will be charged from 0 to 80 percent in just one hour, but currently these DC chargers are available only at Hyundai dealerships and Indian Oil stations in select cities. A 2.8 kW portable charger is also available with the car, which is a regular wall socket charger and it takes about 19 hours to fully charge the car.
The car is equipped with four driving modes – Eco, Eco Plus, Comfort and Sport. It has paddle shifters behind the steering wheel, through which you can control the regenerative braking system at multiple levels. This electric car comes with six airbags, electronic stability control, hill assist control and vehicle stability management.
