Tata Nexon

The ex-showroom price of XM is Rs 13.99 lakh, XZ+ is Rs 15.39 lakh and XZ+ Lux is Rs 16.39 lakh.

This electric car is equipped with a 3 phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, which is capable of generating 127bhp of max power and 245Nm of peak torque. It has a 30.2kWh Lithium Ion battery, due to which this Tata EV can run 312 km on a single charge.

Tata Tigor EV

The Tata Tigor EV price in India starts at Rs 11.99 lakh, which is the price of the base XE trim. The XM trim is priced at Rs 12.49 lakh, ex-showroom. While the XZ+ trim is priced at Rs 12.99 lakh, ex-showroom. Customers who are interested in buying the car in dual-tone colour option will get the XZ+ Dual Tone variant for purchase at Rs 13.14 ex-showroom rate.

The Tigor EV comes with a 26kWh liquid-cooled battery that produces 55kW of power and 170Nm of torque. Apart from this, the battery comes with an IP67 rating, which keeps the battery waterproof. It features Tata’s high voltage architecture – ZipTron – which helps the EV support fast charging. With the help of a fast charger, the battery can be charged from 0 to 80 percent in 60 minutes. This EV gets an ARAI certified 306km full charge range.

The Tigor EV has a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which comes with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity with iRA connected car technology. A 4 speaker and 4 tweeter setup has been provided to handle the audio. It also gets automatic climate control and a digital instrument cluster. For safety, the Tigor EV has dual airbags, anti-lock braking system (ABS) with electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), rear parking camera with parking sensor and seat belt reminder for the front passenger. MG ZS EV

Coming to power and features, the electric motor included in the latest model of MG ZS EV is capable of generating 143PS of max power and 350Nm of peak torque and thanks to this, this car can reach a speed of 100 kmph in just 8.5 seconds. It includes a 44.5 KWH high-tech battery pack, which can give a maximum range of 419 km. It takes 40 minutes to charge it from 0-80 percent. It works on automatic transmission. It has 6 airbags. At the same time, the 150 kW motor gets power from a 64 kWh battery pack and generates 204 PS of power. However, in India the car has been brought only with a version with a 100 kW motor. The company claims that this car gives a range of 452 km in a single charge. In this way, it is the car offering the highest range in less than Rs 25 lakh.

This battery pack of Kona Electric takes about 6 hours to be fully charged. However, with a 50 kW DC fast charger, this car will be charged from 0 to 80 percent in just one hour, but currently these DC chargers are available only at Hyundai dealerships and Indian Oil stations in select cities. A 2.8 kW portable charger is also available with the car, which is a regular wall socket charger and it takes about 19 hours to fully charge the car.

The car is equipped with four driving modes namely Eco, Eco Plus, Comfort and Sport. It has paddle shifters behind the steering wheel, which allow you to control the regenerative braking system at various levels. This electric car comes with six airbags, electronic stability control, hill assist control and vehicle stability management.

Apart from this, this car comes equipped with features like sunroof, wireless phone charging, ventilated front seats and cruise control. Kona Electric has a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which supports Android Auto and Apple Carplay connectivity. It also has a 7.0-inch digital instrument cluster.
