Cognizant Asks Employees in India to Work From Office Thrice a Week to Launch Hybrid Work Scheduling App

The company’s decision is driven by its belief that a hybrid work model combining remote and office-best work will shape the future of work.
To facilitate this hybrid vision, Cognizant will introduce a new work scheduling app for its India-based employees. The app is designed to help managers create schedules for their teams and reserve office space for people on their team.
The report further suggests that Cognizant expressed enthusiasm about bringing employees back to the office. “We are excited to see our people back in the office and we are committed to expanding into tier-2 cities across India, where many of our associates are based,” the company said in its statement.
