Chinese smartphone maker Coolpad once operated in India, but the company has long ago withdrawn its business from the country. However, Coolpad keeps introducing new models in its home market. The company has now teased Coolpad Cool 50, which will be launched in the country soon. Many key specifications of this upcoming smartphone have also been revealed through its social media posts. The upcoming Coolpad smartphone will come with a 4,700mAh battery. Its thickness will be 9.2 mm and it will be sold through both offline and online platforms.

Coolpad’s latest on Chinese social media platform Weibo Post According to this, this Coolpad smartphone will soon be sold on both offline and online platforms. However, the exact launch or sale date has not been confirmed. The phone will have 256GB storage, but the RAM capacity has not been specified.

Many key specifications of the upcoming Coolpad Cool 50 have also been revealed in the same post. According to this, the smartphone will have a 4700mAh battery. It will have a 6.56-inch display, which will have a waterdrop-style notch. AG glass has been used on the back panel for premium experience. The upcoming smartphone will come with a dual rear camera setup, which will include an LED flash.

The company has also said that it will be launched in Snow Domain Silver, Frosted Black and Sakura Pink (all three translated from Chinese) color options. The phone was recently spotted on China Compulsory Certification (CCC), which revealed that the Coolpad Cool 50 will have a screen resolution of 720×1600 pixels and measure 163.6×74.8×9.2 mm. The weight of the phone was said to be around 199 grams. It is expected to have an octa-core CPU with a clock speed of 1.8GHz.
