Dell launches 2 new UltraSharp 4K monitors with LG Display’s IPS Black technology

Dell has launched two new Dell UltraSharp 27 and Dell UltraSharp 32 monitors, which are based on LG Display’s IPS Black technology. This technology was introduced during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2022). The new 4K UltraSharp monitors have the same old specifications except for the screen size and weight. As the name suggests, the Dell UltraSharp 27 has a 27-inch 4K IPS display, while the Dell UltraSharp 32 has a 32-inch IPS display. Dell UltraSharp 27 and Dell UltraSharp 32 specifications

As we mentioned, the Dell monitors use LG Display’s IPS Black technology, which offers a 2,000:1 contrast ratio instead of the maximum 1,000:1 contrast ratio. The Dell UltraSharp 27 and Dell UltraSharp 32 monitors feature 27-inch and 32-inch displays respectively, with 3,840×2,160 pixel resolution and 60Hz refresh rate. Both panels have 400 nits brightness and 16:9 aspect ratio.

Both monitors have anti-glare coating and 3H hard coating to protect the screen from scratches and water drops. They have 98 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage. They offer a response time of 5 to 8 milliseconds. The pixel density of Dell UltraSharp 27 is 0.1554mm, while the 32-inch model comes with 0.18159mm pixel density.
