Starship is a reusable rocket

Starship is a reusable rocket. It mainly has two parts. The first is the passenger carry section, which will house the passengers, while the second is the super heavy rocket booster. According to the information, the Starship rocket is capable of generating a thrust of 16 million pounds (70 meganewtons). This is almost twice as much as NASA’s Space Launch System (SLS) rocket.

SpaceX has been testing the prototype of ‘Starship’ for a long time. A full orbital test flight of the Starship rocket is yet to take place. Landing will not be attempted in the launch test to be held today. According to the information, the ‘Super Heavy Booster’ will separate from the starship immediately after launch. It will fall into the ocean 20 miles from the launch site. At the same time, the flight of the Starship rocket will continue. The approximately 90-minute spaceflight will touch down in the Pacific Ocean about 60 miles northwest of Kauai in the Hawaiian Islands. If the launch is successful, Starship will not be the only rocket. The company is working on plans to make many such rockets.
