Global Warming due to 54 billion co2 Carbon Emissions All Time High Earth Warming Faster Than Ever new report says

Global warming remains the biggest concern for the world today. The temperature of the earth is continuously increasing due to which natural disasters have started taking a worse form. Scientists are constantly searching for ways by which global warming can be stopped and climate change can be controlled. Major changes in seasonal activities due to climate change are now bringing news of tragedy every day. In the last few years, tremendous changes have been seen in the climate due to which the weather cycles have started changing. Activities like unseasonal rains, floods, tornadoes, landslides are taking a frightening form.

Now a new report regarding global warming has revealed that at present the emission of greenhouse gases is at its peak. 54 billion tons of carbon dioxide is being emitted annually due to which the temperature of the earth’s surface has increased rapidly. Report It says that due to human activities, the earth’s temperature has increased by 1.14 degrees Celsius since 1800. It is increasing at the rate of 0.2 degrees Celsius per decade. The increasing heat in the weather and the forest fires are giving strong evidence of this.

It has been said that human civilization has only a window left to emit 250 billion tons of carbon dioxide. If this happens, then there is a 50 percent chance of stopping the rising temperature and the temperature will rise only up to 1.5 degrees Celsius, which is said to be the final limit. But there is very little time left for this. At the rate of carbon dioxide being emitted, this window will close in less than 6 years.

The world still has a chance to limit warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius. The Paris Agreement is related to this. But rapidly increasing emissions are not going to take long to reach this limit. Recently another report also came out. In which it was said that by the year 2100, a large part of the world’s population will have to face deadly heat. Its biggest impact will be in Africa and Asian countries. In India alone, about 60 crore people will be affected by the deadly heat. 30 crore people of Nigeria, 10 crore people of Indonesia and 8 crore people each of Philippines and Pakistan will face deadly heat.

Researchers say that if current policies to limit global warming continue, one-fifth of the human population will be vulnerable to extreme heat by the year 2100. This study has been published in the journal Nature Sustainability. This study shows that India is among the countries where people will face the most risk due to heat.

It has been emphasized in the study that immediate steps should be taken to stop global warming, so that the temperature does not rise by more than one and a half degrees. If this target is achieved, the population vulnerable to extreme heat will reduce by 50 crores.
