1) To de-link Aadhaar, first of all you have to call Paytm customer care officer on 0120-4456456.
2) After the call is connected, follow the instructions given. After this, ask the customer service officer to de-link your Aadhaar Card from Paytm account. The customer service officer will ask some questions to know your identity. Before the call is disconnected, do tell your email ID.
3) After answering all the questions you will receive an email. You will be asked to send the photo of the Aadhaar card once again through email.
4) Aadhaar Card will be de-linked from Paytm within 72 hours of sending the photo.
