Htech is going to launch Honor 200 and Honor 200 Pro smartphones in the Indian market on July 18. According to a press release issued by the brand, the 200 series coming to India will be similar to the devices launched in China this year. According to Htech, where lithium batteries are prevalent in the market, silicon based anode technology powered batteries will be provided in the Honor 200 series. It uses distributed Li+ transmission to increase power density by 6% and improve charging rates.

The company also said that the micro-tunneling laser guidance technology improves the fast charging capabilities of the Honor 200 series without compromising on power density. It has been claimed that this battery has been rigorously tested in extreme conditions for security and long-term use.

Honor 200 and Honor 200 Pro will have 5,200mAh silicon carbon battery. Whereas the Pro variant supports 100W charging and it is claimed that the battery can be fully charged in just 41 minutes. It supports 66W wireless charging. The 200 Pro has a stainless-steel vapor chamber with an area of ​​36,881mm2. Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor will be provided in Honor 200 and Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor will be provided in 200 Pro. Apart from this, the Pro variant also has Honor C1 + RF enhancement chipset for better telecommunication and internet connectivity. The 200 series will have 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. Both these smartphones will work on MagicOS 8.0 based on Android 14. Both smartphones will be sold in India through e-commerce site Amazon.
