Honor MagicBook X14 Pro, MagicBook X16 Pro to Launch Soon in India, To Sell on Amazon

Chinese consumer electronics maker Honor’s MagicBook X14 Pro and MagicBook X16 Pro laptops will be launched in India soon. The company has given information about some of their key features. These laptops will be sold through e-commerce site Amazon. They will have full HD anti-glare display and backlit keyboard along with support for wired fast charging.

Since these laptops are Pro models, their price may be higher than the base model. The Honor MagicBook X14 launched last year had a starting price of Rs 48,990 and the MagicBook X16 8 GB + 512 GB variant was priced at Rs 50,990. Its 16-inch updated base model was introduced earlier this year for Rs 44,990.

Amazon’s microsite for these laptops states that the Honor MagicBook X14 Pro and Honor MagicBook X16 Pro will respectively have 14-inch and 16-inch full HD (1,920 x 1,200 pixels) anti-glare displays with a peak brightness level of 300 nits. These will also have support for e-book mode. The teaser given on Amazon indicates a metallic finish in them. The company has said that these laptops will have 13th Gen Intel Core i5 ‘H-series’ CPU, up to 16 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 512 GB of NVMe SSD storage. These will have AI-supported noise cancellation feature and backlit keyboard.

Honor MagicBook X14 Pro and MagicBook X16 Pro will have HDMI and USB options for connectivity. These will have fingerprint sensors for security. These laptops will also have Honor’s Device Clone and Honor Share feature. The thickness of their 14-inch model will be 16.5 mm and weight will be around 1.4 kg and the thickness of the 16-inch model will be 17.9 mm and weight will be around 1.7 kg. These laptops can be given a 60 Wh battery which will support 65 W wired fast charging via USB Type-C port. These can give up to 11.5 hours of HD video playback time. Honor’s sales have increased in the last few months.
