The experiment found evidence that if a person does not sit continuously and gets up in between and does some physical activity, gets up every hour and walks for 5 minutes, then this improves the body’s metabolism. Here the researchers prepared a model in which 8.3 hours of sleep was considered essential within 24 hours. 2.2 hours of light activity, 2.2 hours of moderate activity, 5 hours of standing work, and 6 hours of sitting work can be done.
