How to apply for e-pass during Uttar Pradesh lockdown

-First of all Uttar Pradesh Government website Go to.

– Now click on Apply for ePass located at the top of the window.

Now you will be asked for your number, so that the state government can register your number for e-pass and send OTP on it.

– After this you will have to write Captcha and then click on Generate OTP.

As soon as you receive the OTP, fill in the code, after which you can get the e-pass application form.

– Now give your personal information in the form like name, home address, phone number, district, tehsil, nearby area and ID proof and vehicle type. After this you will have to enter your photo in it.

– You can use Aadhar card, PAN card, license etc. as ID proof.

– The size of the soft copy should not be more than 200KB.

– Now click on the checkbox to approve.

– Now you have to click on the Submit button to submit your application. Your pass will be issued to you soon after this.
