How to check validity and balance of Reliance Jio plan

Charges for Reliance Jio services started from April. But Jio’s services are still available at very low prices. Their prices start from Rs 10 per day. Reliance Jio made the offer more affordable when the company announced that the first 90 days of services are free for Jio Prime members, for this the user had to recharge Rs 303 or more. However, these free Jio service freebies are about to end as the Reliance Jio Summer Surprises offer will end in the next few days. But now it has become important to know the validity and balance of your Jio plan, so that you can recharge your next recharge pack on time and your balance does not get exhausted.

It is also important to know the validity of the Reliance Jio plan because once it expires, SMS and data charges will start being deducted from the existing account balance depending on the Jio plan chosen by you. Or maybe you have taken a top-up voucher for 4G data or international roaming in addition to the daily limit that Jio offers. In such a situation, it is important that you know your Jio balance.

How to check Reliance Jio plan, validity and balance
To check the validity of your existing Reliance Jio plan as well as prepaid balance, use the MyJio app and follow these steps.

1. Open the MyJio app via password or SIM verification.
2. As soon as you open the app, you will see balance written at the top. If you are still on Jio Summer Surprise or Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan offer and have never taken any top up, then your balance may become Nil.
3. To check Jio plan and validity, open the menu by swiping from left to right.
4. Click on My Plans option, and after this you will see the active plan and validity of Jio membership.

To check validity and balance of Reliance Jio plan on the web, you have to follow these steps:

1. Open Jio.com website and click on the signin option at the top right corner.
2. Here you can login to your Jio account through password or OTP.
3. Once you login, you will see your Reliance Jio balance at the top.
4. Scroll down to check the Jio plan validity, and then click on the My Plans option.
5. You will see the expiry date of Jio plan at the bottom.
6. By going to the My Statement option, you can generate a statement about your data usage and any charges.

The statement will be generated in the pop-up as a PDF file. So if pop-up windows are disabled in your browser, make sure to right click on the check box for pop-up notifications on the right side of the address bar.
