  4. Tap Account.
  5. Tap on Delete my account.
  6. Enter your phone number and tap Delete My Account.

After this whole process, your WhatsApp account will be permanently deleted. All your WhatsApp data will be deleted from your phone. And if you have taken any backup of WhatsApp data, then that will also be deleted. After this, if you create a new WhatsApp account with the same phone number, then you will not get any old data. All your old groups, messages or any other data will not be found.
