How to use communication partner portal?

• Step 1: First you have to go to the communication partner website https://sarcharsaathi.gov.in.
• Step 2: Then you have to register on the portal by clicking on the ‘Register Here’ button.
• Step 3: Find the option ‘Find Stunn/Lost Device’ and click on it.
• Step 4: Here you can enter your name, mobile number, IMEI details, device brand, model and invoice.
• Step 5: After this, the bill of your smartphone is also to be uploaded.
• Step 6: Now you have to enter information about the lost of your phone, which will include the city, district, state and date.
• Step 7: Apart from this, where you have filed your complaint, information about the police station such as complaint number and a copy of the complaint will have to be uploaded.
• Step 8: Now you have to upload your information and a valid photo identity card like Aadhaar etc.
• Step 9: Now you have to enter your mobile number and generate OTP.
• Step 10: After your OTP is verified, you can create an account through your name, email address and password. After entering the information, click on the “Create Account” button.
• Step 11: Now you can login on the portal.

Follow these steps to find and block your phone:

• 1: After login, click on the “IMEI search” button.
• 2: To enter the IMEI number of your device and tap on “search”.
• 3: This will show the location of your smartphone.
• 4: If you want to block your phone, then click on the “Block Stalan/Lost Mobile” button. Enter your phone number and select the reason for blocking your phone.
• 5: Now click on the “Block” button. Your phone will be blocked and you will not be able to call or message.
