2. Enter the application coupon number here. This number would have been sent to you by UTITSL on email after filling the PAN card application.
3. If you want, you can also enter your PAN number directly.
4. Now enter the captcha code.
5. Now click on submit.
6. Here you will know whether your PAN card has been reissued or reprinted.
