iBall launches Windows 10 laptop priced at Rs 13,999

After introducing the iBall CompBook Premio v2.0 in February, homegrown tech company iBall has launched the Merit G9 CompBook in India. Intel Celeron N3350 processor has been used in this laptop and it runs on Windows 10. It claims to provide a battery life of about 6 hours. iBall CompBook Merit G9 laptop is cheaper than the company’s Premio V2.0 and is available in the market for Rs 13,999.

iBall has informed that the weight of Merit G9 CompBook is 1.1 kg and it is made available in Cobalt Blue color. This laptop runs on Windows 10 and has an 11.6-inch HD (1366×768 pixels) display. It comes with touchpad and multi-touch functionality. As we mentioned earlier, the iBall CompBook Merit G9 is powered by a 2.4 GHz Intel Celeron N335 processor. It is provided with 2 GB DDR3 RAM. The inbuilt storage of the laptop is 32 GB and it is possible to use a microSD card up to 128 GB if needed. Apart from this, there is support for external HDD/SSD up to 1 TB for more storage.

iBall CompBook Merit G9 has a 0.3 megapixel webcam, dual speakers and 3.5 mm audio jack. It has a 5000 mAh lithium polymer battery. The company claims that it will last for 6 hours. Apart from this, the laptop will provide up to 7 hours of video playback (offline) and up to 20 hours of audio playback (offline) time. Connectivity features include Bluetooth 4.0, Intel dual-band Wireless-AC 3165, HDMI ver.1.4a port, USB 2.0, and USB 3.0 port. The dimensions of the laptop are 30×20.3×2.5 centimeters. The weight of Merit G9 is 1.1 kg.
