Truecaller Flash Messaging
Truecaller 8 Android app now supports flash messaging. Imagine you are in a meeting or stuck in an emergency. With the help of flash messaging, you can quickly send pre-written messages to any Truecaller user. Apart from this, Truecaller users can also send them emojis along with their location.

Talking about Truecaller’s ‘Call Me Back’ feature, it was introduced at the end of last year. With its help, whenever you call a person and he does not pick up the call for some reason, then you get two options. One of these is a notification to ‘call back’ that person and the other is ‘call again’. This feature not only helps the common user but also makes it easier for e-commerce companies to make deliveries. If the second option is chosen, the number gets dialed again. If the receiver’s number is already stored in the phone book, then the caller’s interface will be slightly different. If the number is stored and the receiver has kept Truecaller’s last seen status update active, then the caller will see the status bar after calling.
Truecaller Call History & Inbuilt Dialer
The Smart Call History feature in Truecaller replaces unknown numbers in the call history with their real names and faces (if available), even if their number is not saved in your contacts. Apart from this, before making a call through Live Caller ID, it is known whether your contact is available to talk or not at that time. Calls can be made through Truecaller with the help of the built-in dialer. Options like searching a number, call history are also available in the app itself.
Truecaller Pay
In Truecaller Pay, you can create a virtual payment address. Which can be used for any UPI based transaction. If your bank supports UPI, then you will be able to send or receive money through Truecaller Pay. You will be able to do different types of recharges from this wallet like Paytm, or recharge Tata Sky account. If the user wants, he will be able to recharge prepaid and pay postpaid bills through Truecaller Pay. This new feature has been introduced in partnership with ICICI Bank.
All banking and transaction data will be managed by ICICI Bank. Truecaller does not store your account details, credit or debit card information. Truecaller Pay feature is a part of the Truecaller app. You do not need to download or install any separate app. Instead, you will only need the Truecaller app. After this, go to the profile page and click on Send Money via UPI. And then enter the UPI VPA or mobile number. After this, tap on Pay. Now you have to approve the payment through UPI PIN. And in this way you can send money through Truecaller.
Truecaller ID
Truecaller announced a partnership with India’s largest telecom company Airtel in March. After the partnership, Truecaller’s caller ID was said to work on feature phones running on Airtel network as well. And it does not require data either. According to the company, the caller is identified from Truecaller’s database. And this information is sent to Airtel customers via flash SMS before the call comes on the phone.
Airtel and Truecaller provide this service on a subscription basis. The purpose of this service is that the user does not need a smartphone or data service. Its name is “Airtel Truecaller ID”. This service has started across the country from April. All users using feature phones with Airtel mobile network can take advantage of this service.
