Japan’s SLIM lander alive again on the Moon Chandrayaan 3 could not do so know details
SLIM Moon Lander had made a precise landing on the Moon on January 19, but due to not being able to make a straight landing, it fell into place. However, the scientists did not give up and after a week, when the sun’s rays fell on the solar panels installed in SLIM, it got charged and also stood in its place.
Last night, a command was sent to #SLIM and a response received, confirming that the spacecraft has made it through the lunar night and maintained communication capabilities! #GoodAfterMoon #JAXA

On February 1, the slim lander went into sleep mode as night was beginning on the Moon. This is a long time. Due to lack of sunlight for so many days, the temperature there goes much below zero. Chandrayaan-3 could not wake up after that low temperature, but Slim broke this chain and re-established communication with his space agency.
According to the Japanese Space Agency, the re-communication took some time. As the temperature improves, communication will be done with the lander.
Landing was done in an area of 180 feet
The landing scope of Chandrayaan-3 mission was large. In comparison, the slim lander landed in an area of 180 feet. In this he got a little lost and turned back. By the time sunlight hit its solar panels, a week had passed. Somehow he started the work, but again went into sleep mode on 1st February because the night was getting darker on the moon. Now Slim Lander has become active again.
