How to install Jio Fiber set-top box?
Reliance will send a technician to your home for Jio Fiber installation. After this, the person will ask you to open the MyJio app to claim the set-top box voucher. This process will take a total of 10 minutes. Once the setup is complete, you will be able to use your Jio set-top box with the TV.
The set-top box will initially install some updates and then reboot. The remote control will also receive the new software update the first time you use it.
What apps are available on Jio Fiber set-top box?
Currently, the Jio Fiber set-top box comes with Hotstar, YouTube, Voot, JioSaavn, JioTV Plus, SonyLIV and JioCinema apps. There is also a custom app store called JioStore. From here you will be able to download new apps. Apart from streaming, you can also download and play selected games.
Subscribers will get free subscription of Hotstar VI plan, SonyLiv, Voot and other apps. But this will depend on the plan you choose.
