JioCinema Premium Plans Starting Rs 29 With Ad Free 4K Video Streaming

It is worth noting that there is a special introductory price for both the JioCinema premium plans that the personal plan is priced at Rs 59 and the family plan is priced at Rs 149.

JioCinema Premium was previously available as an annual subscription priced at Rs 999. This plan is no longer listed on the streaming service’s website, which means customers will have to opt for the monthly plan. The effective price of the private JioCinema premium plan with the current introductory price is Rs 348, which is much lower than the old plan. Meanwhile, the effective price of the family plan is Rs 1,068 for one year.

At current prices, JioCinema is priced lower than Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar and Amazon Prime Video. The cheapest Netflix plan in India costs Rs 149 per month, while Disney+ Hotstar and Amazon Prime Video both cost Rs 299 per month.

Meanwhile, the JioCinema website says that both the Personal and Family plans will offer ad-free streaming except for live and sports content, which also includes the IPL cricket tournament.
