The price and availability of this handset has also been revealed in many markets. In some countries of Europe, the price of this smartphone will be 699 Euro (about Rs 52,300). Pre-order booking of this handset started in America from Wednesday. This smartphone will be available in the US from August 19, while in European countries pre-order booking will start from August 16.
Samsung Galaxy Note7 is expected to be launched in India on August 11. At present, its price has not been disclosed in the Indian market.

Samsung Galaxy Note7 is a smartphone with great features and specifications. It has a 5.7-inch QuadHD (1440×2560 pixels) dual-edge Super AMOLED display. An S Pen stylus will also be available with it. It will come with Snapdragon 820 or Exynos 8890 chipset. The choice of processor will depend on the region. It has 4 GB LPDDR4 RAM. Iris scanner is also present in it. This is the first time that this feature has been made a part of a Samsung smartphone.

1. Iris Scanner
As we already told that Iris scanner is present in this smartphone. Samsung had previously used the Iris scanner in the Galaxy Tab Iris tablet. However, this is Samsung’s first smartphone equipped with an Iris scanner. Users can unlock their smartphones by using the Iris scanner. The company says that it is more secure than fingerprint scanner. The interesting thing is that Galaxy Note7 also has a fingerprint sensor.
2. Upgraded S Pen
Samsung’s S Pen stylus has become the identity of the Galaxy Note series. But this time the company has released a huge upgrade. The stylus has received IP68 certification, which means it is also dust and water resistant. Its point is also smaller than the previous pen. Pressure sensitivity has also been increased in the S Pen. Now it will be able to recognize pressure points of level 4096. Using the software provided with the stylus, users will be able to create GIF images from videos.
3. Samsung Cloud
Samsung also unveiled its cloud service at the launch event of Galaxy Note 7. It will be possible to take advantage of this service of the company with Galaxy Note 7 smartphone. Samsung will provide 15 GB free storage to the customers of this phablet to make backup of data. Apart from backup, many tasks related to data, apps, settings and layout can be done through cloud service.
4. Corning Gorilla Glass 5
Samsung Galaxy Note7 is the first smartphone to come with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. This glass was introduced last month. It has been claimed that it is the strongest glass ever made. The company has said that when Corning Gorilla Glass 5 was dropped from a height of 1.6 meters during internal lab tests, nothing happened four out of five times. Corning said that the new glass was tested by dropping it on all types of surfaces, including rough.
5. HDR Streaming
The latest phablet in Samsung’s Galaxy Note series will be the first handset to support content streaming in High Dynamic Range or HDR. The South Korean company has partnered with Amazon for HDR streaming in the Samsung Galaxy Note7. To make this possible, the company has used the technology used in television in mobile phone chipsets.
