Online shopping is not a new thing. People trust it a lot and order the most expensive items. However, many times such incidents come to light, which reduce confidence in online shopping. The latest incident is related to the purchase of a laptop. A person claims that he ordered a laptop worth Rs 1 lakh from the well-known platform Amazon. After delivery, it was found that he was delivered a used laptop and not a new one. The angry person has shared his views with evidence on the social media platform X.

An ex-user named @rohaninvestor has said in a video post that he ordered a Lenovo laptop from Amazon on April 30. Its delivery took place on 7th May. When the user went to Lenovo’s official site and checked the warranty of the laptop, it was found that it had started in December 2023 itself. Users say that this is a clear sign that the laptop has been used before.
