We have used both the smartphones in the same conditions and seen what difference is there in the photos or videos. Both the smartphones were fast in locking focus and metering light in daylight. The pictures taken from both the smartphones had good details, but Poco X2 The artificial intelligence on the Poco X2 (Review) was a little too aggressive for my liking, boosting contrast too much. Coming to closeups, we found the Motorola One Fusion+ to be quick to focus on the subject, while the Poco X2 struggled a bit here. Both phones handled depth of field well, but the AI on the Poco X2 boosted the colour in the photos to a point that made them look a bit artificial. When shooting portraits, it was the Motorola One Fusion+ that accurately recognised edges and colours.

For macro shots, the Motorola One Fusion+ was better as it offers a higher resolution. Hence, there was no lack of detail in the pictures.
