Nasa Launches Pace Satellite to Study Ocean Atmosphere

American space agency NASA has launched its latest satellite. Its name is Pace, whose full meaning is – Plankton, Aerosol, Cloud, Ocean Ecosystem. As the name suggests, this satellite will collect information about the world’s oceans and atmosphere, which is still hidden. Pace satellite was launched by Elon Musk’s space company SpaceX. The cost of the mission is US$948 million (approximately Rs 7866 crore).

Report According to, SpaceX’s Falcon rocket launched the satellite. This satellite will remain 676 kilometers above the Earth and study the Earth’s oceans and atmosphere. This three-year mission will scan the globe every day through 2 scientific instruments.
