NCS Portal to help you choose from more than 13 lakh jobs know how to register

If you live in India and are looking for a job, then National Career Services (NCS) can fulfill your search. There are many types of jobs listed on the portal, including Work From Home jobs. This portal was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2015. Apart from applying for jobs, you can also improve your skills on this. For which many facilities like career counselling, vocational guidance, information about skill development courses, internship etc. are available here. This portal is run by the Labor and Employment Ministry. We are telling you the method of registration.

NCS But more than 3600 career options have been given in 53 types of industries. This portal helps you in finding jobs in both private and government sectors. Work from home jobs are also listed here. According to NCS website (via), more than 26 lakh employers are listed here. There are more than 13 lakh active vacancies on the portal.

You can register yourself on this portal without any charge. For which Aadhar card will be required. This registration can be done online. Or some designated centers are also available for offline registration. After registration, the user keeps getting job notifications, career counselling, job fair and other job related information from time to time.

Easy way to register on NCS portal

• For this you will have to go to the portal and create a profile.
• You can reach the portal by clicking on the given link- www.ncs.gov.in
• Here on the right side of the page you will see the option of login. If you are visiting for the first time then click on Sign Up. And if your profile is already created here then click on Sign In.
• After clicking on Sign Up, on the next page you will have to click on Register As option. Here select the Jobseeker option in the drop down menu.
• In the next step, a registration form will open in front of you. Fill the necessary details asked in it, in which Aadhar card number is asked. Or you can also choose any other ID number like PAN card, passport, driving license etc.
• After checking the details, fill the captcha code and tick the checkbox saying I agree to terms and conditions. After that click on the Submit button.
• On successful completion of the registration process, an OTP is sent to your registered mobile number. Enter this OTP here to verify the registration.
• After this the registration process is completed and you will start getting all the job related updates from here.
