New variant of Xiaomi Notebook Air launched, know specifications

Chinese mobile manufacturer Xiaomi has launched the new Mi Notebook Air variant. This 12.5 inch variant is equipped with Intel Core i5 processor. Its design is quite similar to the 12.5-inch Mi Notebook Air which comes with Intel Core M3 processor. Apart from the company’s official website, the pre-sale of the notebook is also happening on JD.com. Talking about the key features, Mi Notebook Air has a 12.5 inch display, up to 4 GB RAM, 4G connectivity and 256 GB storage.

The price of Intel Core i5 variant in the Chinese market is 3,999 Chinese Yuan (approximately Rs 40,500). in pre-sale Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air is available only in silver color. You can make advance booking for the device by paying 100 Chinese Yuan. The 12.5-inch Mi Notebook Air variant has a full HD display (920×1080 pixels). It comes with Windows 10 Home Edition, a seventh-generation Intel Core i5-7Y54 processor with Intel HD Graphics 615, up to 4GB of RAM, and 256GB of SSD storage.

There is a 1-megapixel webcam on the front panel which will come with 720p video call support. Xiaomi claims that the Mi Notebook Air 12.5 inch variant offers 1C fast charge support, 8 hours of online video playback, 7.5 hours of local video playback and web browsing. The length and width of the notebook is 292x202x12.9 mm and weight is 1.07 kg. In this you will get backlit keyboard, USB Type-C port, USB 3.0 port, HDMI and 3.5 mm audio jack. For connectivity, Bluetooth version 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 AC, 4G support will be available.
