Ola will deliver free Oxygen Concentrators to your home, initiative started with Give India

Ola has announced free home delivery of oxygen concentrator through its Ola app to provide relief from the Corona virus epidemic in India. Ola has partnered with GiveIndia Foundation for this campaign to provide free delivery of oxygen concentrators to the needy people through the ‘O2forIndia’ initiative. Let us tell you, the second wave of Corona virus epidemic in India has taken a terrible form, in which lakhs of COVID-19 cases are being registered every day. The second wave of COVID-19 has proven to be more dangerous than the first wave, which has overwhelmed the medical infrastructure.

One of the major problems arising during the second wave of COVID-19 in India is the unavailability of live-saving resources, such as oxygen concentrators and cylinders, etc. Because of this, people are forced to seek help through social media. There may be a delay in government help coming to help the citizens, but there are many private organizations which are coming forward to help the people on their own. In collaboration with one of these organizations, Ola has launched its new Service Has announced. Through this service, Ola is going to provide free home delivery of oxygen concentrator to the needy people. Under this service, Ola will provide the facility of both pick-up and delivery. You can take advantage of this new service through Ola app. However, at present this service of Ola is limited to Bengaluru city only.

Bhavish Aggarwal, co-founder of Ola Cabs Tweet Announced this new service through and also informed that in the coming weeks this service will be extended to other cities of India also. For this facility, customers will have to deposit a safety refundable amount of Rs 5,000.

Agarwal says, “We hope that this initiative will prove beneficial in helping people during these difficult times and will help in reducing the pain and anxiety of the affected people.”

It is noteworthy that for this campaign, special training is being given to Ola cab drivers, so that they can help others in this difficult time along with their own safety.
