Vivo launched its V5 selfie smartphone in India this week. The price of Vivo V5 is Rs 17,980. The first sale of V5 will be on November 26 but the phone will be available for pre-booking in 22 cities from Wednesday.
The most important feature of Vivo V5 is its 20-megapixel selfie camera with aperture F/2.0, 5P lens, moonlight flash and Sony IMX 376 sensor. The rear camera in the phone is 13 megapixels. This phone has a 5.5 inch HD display for the protection of which 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass has been provided. This phone has an octa-core processor. RAM is 4 GB. Inbuilt storage is 32 GB which can be expanded up to 128 GB via microSD card. This phone supports hybrid SIM slot. The phone also has a fingerprint sensor.

As expected, OnePlus launched OnePlus 3T, an upgraded handset of OnePlus 3, on Tuesday. The main difference between these two smartphones is faster processor, more storage, better front camera and bigger battery. The price of 64 GB variant is 399 Great Britain Pound (about Rs 33,700), 439 Euro (about Rs 31,200) and 439 US Dollar (about Rs 29,800). While the price of 128 GB variant is 439 Great Britain Pound (about Rs 37,100), 479 Euro (approximately Rs 34,800) and US $ 479 (approximately Rs 32,500).
This phone will be available in gunmetal and soft gold color variants. OnePlus 3T runs on Snapdragon 821 processor. This phone comes in 64 GB and 128 GB storage variants. OnePlus 3T has a 16 megapixel front camera with 1 micron pixel with Samsung 3P8SP. Apart from this, OnePlus 3T has a large battery of 3400 mAh. OnePlus 3T also has an aluminum metal unibody design. The home button has a fingerprint sensor and an alert slider in addition to the capacitive hardware buttons. This phone comes with USB 2.0 Type-C port and 3.5 mm headphone jack. Vivo launched its ‘X series’ X9, S9 Plus and Xplay6 in China on Wednesday. The price of 64 GB variant of Vivo The price of Vivo Xplay6 is 4,498 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 44,500).
The specialty of Vivo X9 and Vivo X9 Plus is the dual front camera provided in them. Both these phones have a 20-megapixel front camera with Sony IMX376 sensor, aperture F/2.0. There is also an 8 megapixel secondary front camera. It also has a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, aperture F/2.0 and PDAF. Both smartphones have fingerprint sensors.
Vivo X9 has a 5.5-inch (1080 x 1920 pixels) Full HD Super AMOLED display. This phone has a 2 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor and Adreno 506 GPU for graphics. The phone has 4 GB RAM. Apart from this, on the basis of storage, it will be available in two variants of 64 GB/128 GB inbuilt storage. The phone has a 3050 mAh battery which comes with fast charging. Its dimensions are 152.6x74x6.99 millimeters and weight is 154 grams. Whereas Vivo X9 Plus has slightly better specifications than X9. On the basis of storage, this phone will also be available in two variants of 64 GB/128 GB inbuilt storage. This phone has a 4000 mAh battery that supports fast charging.
Vivo Xplay6 has a 5.46 inch (2560 x 1440 pixels) QuadHD Super AMOLED dual curved edge display. This smartphone has a quad-core Snapdragon 820 processor. Adreno 530 GPU has been provided for graphics. This phone has 6 GB DDR4 RAM. Inbuilt storage is 128 GB. Explay 6 runs on Funtouch OS 3.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. A 4080 mAh battery will work to power the phone. Explay 6 has dual rear camera setup. On the rear, there is a 12-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, 4-axis OIS, Sony IMX362 sensor, aperture F/1.7, PDAF, and a 5-megapixel secondary rear camera. As expected, Gionee has launched its new Android smartphone S9 in China. The price of Gionee S9 is 2,499 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 24,700). This phone will be available for purchase in China from November 25. This phone will be available in black, gold and rose gold color variants. The biggest feature of Gionee S9 is its dual rear camera. This phone has Sony’s 13 megapixel sensor and Samsung’s 5 megapixel sensor with dual tone LED flash on the rear. There is a 13 megapixel front camera for taking selfies. The S9 also has a fingerprint sensor on the rear.
Gionee S9 has a 5.5-inch (1080×1920 pixels) Full HD LTPS 2.5D curved glass display. This phone has a 2 GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor and Mali T860 GPU for graphics. Huawei has launched the third and premium variant of the Mate 9 series, Mate 9 Pro, in China. Huawei Mate 9 Pro will be available in 4 GB RAM / 64 GB storage and 6 GB RAM / 128 GB storage. The price of 4 GB RAM variant is 4,699 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 46,500) and 5,299 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 52,500).
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a 5.5-inch QuadHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution curved AMOLED display. This phone has a 2.5 GHz octa-core Kirin 960 processor. For graphics there is Mali-G71 MP8. This phone will be available in two storage variants of 4 GB RAM / 6 GB RAM and 64 GB / 128 GB. Huawei Mate 9 Pro has 20 megapixel and 12 megapixel rear camera with Lika lens, aperture F / 2.2, OIS and dual-tone LED flash. This phone has an 8 megapixel front camera. This phone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat on which Huawei Emotion UI 5.0 skin is given. A 4000 mAh battery will power the Mate 9 Pro.
