Price, Specifications, Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro launched, it has 15.6 inch display

Xiaomi on Monday launched a new laptop Mi Notebook Pro at the launch event of its Mi Mix 2 and Mi Note 3. The company is calling the eighth generation Intel Core i7 processor the most important feature of this laptop. Along with this, the company is also vigorously introducing the laptop’s ‘symmetrical cooling design’ (temperature controlling design). Sporting a 15.6-inch display, the Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro was compared to the 15-inch MacBook Pro 2017 at the time of its launch. Apart from this, another specialty of this laptop with Windows Hello support is a fingerprint sensor provided in its touchpad.

Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro will be launched in three variants – Intel Core i7 with 16 GB RAM priced at CNY 6,999, Intel Core i7 with 8 GB RAM priced at CNY 6,399 and 8 GB at CNY 5,599. Intel Core i5 with RAM.

As we mentioned, Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro has an eighth generation Intel Core i7 processor which comes with (Nvidia GeForce MX150) graphics card. It has 16 GB of 2400 MHz DDR4 RAM and supports up to 256 GB PCIe SSD. Corning Gorilla Glass 3 has been provided to protect the 15.6 inch display.

The laptop has a full-size backlit keyboard and according to the company, the keyboard area is 19 percent larger than the MacBook Pro. Apart from this, this laptop has a 3-in-1 SD card slot, two USB Type-C ports, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a full-size HDMI port, two USB Type-A ports (USB 3.0 and USB 2.0). The laptop has dual band Wi-Fi 802.11 ac. The laptop weighs 1.95 kg and dimensions are 360.7×243.6×15.9 mm.

The company is also calling Harman Infinity custom-built speakers and Dolby Atmos audio an important feature of the laptop. The company says that the laptop has a 60 watt hover battery and its new lightweight charger charges the laptop up to 50 percent in just 35 minutes.
