Samsung Galaxy A06 was launched in India in September last year, which comes with features like MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, 50MP camera and 5,000mAh battery. Now, the company is preparing to launch its 5G version, i.e. Galaxy A06 5G. The alleged device has been listed on Geekbench with model number SM-A066B, which shows its performance score and also gives information about some key specifications.

This suggests that the smartphone may ship with Android 15-based One UI 7. The listing hints at an octa-core processor, with 6 cores clocked at 2.00GHz and 2 cores clocked at 2.40GHz. Its architecture suggests that it could be a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, which will be paired with Mali G615 MC2 GPU.

The alleged Samsung Galaxy A06 5G has received a score of 731 in the single-core test and 1816 in the multi-core test with this configuration. Earlier, this phone with the same model number has also been spotted in the GSMA database. However, Samsung has not yet made any official confirmation regarding the upcoming Galaxy A06 5G model.

The 4GB/64GB storage variant of Samsung Galaxy A06 (4G) was launched in India for Rs 9,999 and the 4GB/128GB storage variant was launched in India for Rs 11,499. It has a 6.7 inch HD+ PLS LCD display, MediaTek Helio G85 processor, up to 4GB RAM and up to 128GB inbuilt storage. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
